I had my appointment with TLSContact a month ago, but I’ve received no confirmation that my application was sent to UKVI. Despite contacting the team multiple times (first time 4 weeks ago!) I am yet to receive a response. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable.

They do not keep stock of the product they advertise. I made an order and it was only on the 3rd working day that I was informed that they won't deliver the item.
If you find a good deal on this website do not buy! They might sell more items than they can actually deliver and cancel your order. You will be better of going to Currys and doing a price match (google 'Currys Price promise').

With reference to your 1 Star review of J C Campbell Electrics. From time to time when we look at our orders on a Monday morning we have oversold on a product. When this happens we do our best to rectify the problem, by advising the customer when stock is due back in or offer an alternative. On rare occasions this action can be delayed by suppliers not get back to us for a day or two. We are unable to comment on your review as you have not given us the necessary information we need to look into your case.
The item delivered was defective. Instead of straight away sending a new working item, I had to wait 11 days. That is their next working day delivery promise.
The customer service department also promised to call me back by a given time. You can only reach the sales department and are told customer service will call you by a given time. Customer service never actually called back by the promised time.
I only give 2 stars instead of 1 as they indeed finally delivered the item.

-1 star for delayed delivery (1 week) -1 star for lack of communication (I was promised email updates I never got one; had to call each time) -1 star for delaying reposting the shipment (their procedure is to wait for 48h+ for shipment company investigation resolution before acting) -1 star for not being proactive (if I hadn't called they would have continued waiting for the investigation result further delaying delivery) -1 star for no offer of compensation -0.5 stars for the sheer number of calls one had to make to obtain the delivery (5 times) +1 star for prompt call answering = 0.5 stars
Comment to the reply: I first contacted the company on the 29/11, not the date suggested by the reply.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review, and I’m sorry for your frustrating experience.
You placed your order on Sunday 27th November which was dispatched on Monday 28th. You took delivery the very next day, Tuesday 29th but unfortunately only part of your order was delivered.
You contacted us by phone on Thursday 1st December and informed us. At this point we contacted the couriers and informed them so they could conduct a depot search.
This is the procedure before products are re-sent, as the missing items may already be on their way to you, or simply sent to the wrong depot.
This procedure usually takes up to 2 days for the courier to complete, however due to the Christmas rush, the couriers were still conducting their search on day 3.
It was on this same day 3, Tuesday 6th December that we re-sent your missing items and you finally took delivery on Wednesday 7th.
I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused by this delay and please let me know if I can be of any further help.
Great quality curtains. Excellent service and helpful staff when calling for advice. Prices where also better that at any other website. Only drawback is the long production time but I knew about it when ordering.
I simply wanted a quote... After 30 minutes of sales pitch I asked to move straight to the quote. There was still plenty of the presentation that the agent wanted to give! It took another 30 minutes to get the final price.
To get the price they go through simple steps of getting your dimensions, selecting the windows style etc. All of that you could done via a simple website or, if a teams call is a must, in 15 minutes.
Obtaining the price for 6 windows should not take 1h! That is 10 minutes per window...

Perfect bean bag and great communication with costumer service.
The GreatBeanBags company was extremely accommodating to my atypical order. They always responded to emails within half a day. I really appreciate the effort they took.
I really like the fact you can order textile samples.
The only point of contention is that the promotion seem to be a bit misleading as they are constantly running and some prices are a bit high. Nonetheless the quality is there so cannot complain for the end product!
