Exceptional option for breaking up a large utility bill, which freed up some funds to pay more monthly bills. Great opportunity to build credit rating and on time payment history. Highly recommend utilizing this company and it's services if you need to achieve lower payment options versus having to pay a large balance due at once and easy payment plans.

Lousy customer service, the worst delivery time that I have ever experienced. Ordered a part that I needed quick, paid extra for the "faster" service, the part was sent via the worst possible service, the United States Postal Service. I saw "ground" and assumed it would be UPS or Fed Ex. NOPE!!!!! The post office has lost my package pending a late arrival because they can't say when it will arrive. Called Parts Geek, they think that I should wait even longer for the post office to figure it out! I requested the part be resend via an overnight service, NOPE they won't do that. I requested a refund NOPE, they won't do that until more time passes. I would have NEVER ordered from this company had I known they use the post office services. I will never use this company again to buy anything! Lousy people, lousy service, lousy everything. Be aware and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
