Chaotic start
Chaotic start, hoping the process smoothes out. I asked that a voucher be sent to my granddaughter in a week. However, it was sent immediately. I paid fully for the Tinggly fee and find that I can log in to Tinggly, but support.tinggly.com won't recognize my credentials. You'd think the tech support would be 100% before they ask you to rate the service with Trustpilot.
