While a bit pricey with the exchange rate (and purchased pre tarrif challenges) the quality of the record and limited nature makes it worthwhile. I recently had an error with the vintage received on the shipment for my order and the customer service team worked diligently to resolve the issue. They responded quickly to my inquiry and kept me updated. They first tried to supply me with the correct vintage but were unable to provide it from the supplier. Instead they offered me the option of a return with refund or to keep the shipment with a refund for the difference in price. By listening to my concerns and working with me they created a satisfying solution to the issue.

Generally speaking I've placed a number of orders with Flaviar for both inexpensive and expensive products. With few exceptions all have shipped quickly. In the one case where the shipment was delayed Flaviar contacted me to let me know the status before I had to contact them. All of the shipments have been received with NO damage to the bottles. The packaging is outstanding. The shipments are well protected.
