communication okay when i wanted address change due to buisnesses being left on the system that no longer fit tyres for grip 500 impossiple to get the address changed 20 emails sent could not get the address changed this is poor for this company no problem with address change with other companies very poor overall

Good morning,
We beg your pardon for the inconvenience, the address change is offered but not garanteed. Once the order is processed by the transporter it's not possible to change the delivery address anymore. Please come back to the after sales service once the parcel is in the delivery center to try to redirect the delivery at this moment.
