Our experience with national Pen was verry poor!
Our experience with national Pen was really poor. When one of our colleague placed the ordered, he didn't noticed that there was selected the blue ink color, and instead of ordering the pen to be black inked, he mistakenly placed the for blue ink pens. We've noticed the mistake literally seconds after the order was placed and paid, and we tried to call immediately national pen to change that, but without managing to get through. We sent them an e-mail to the email address specified in the order confirmation, hopping we will be able to rectify the mistake. They wrote us back asking a better quality for the logo file, and on that occasion we reiterated our whish to change the ink color. they replied and we have been made to believe that the matter was solved, but when the pens have been delivered, were all blue inked. The only conclusion to all this is that once they've got their order and the payment, they simply don't bother any more and tis is why their client service proved to be such a bad joke and merely inexistent.
