Is nexcess a scam? Sounds like it. Save yourself!
Nexcess just suspended my account out of nowhere, conveniently right after charging me for this month’s billing. No warning, no explanation—just an email saying I violated their Acceptable Use Policy, without telling me what I supposedly did wrong. How is that acceptable?
I reached out to their support, and it was a complete disaster. The live chat agent ended the session without doing anything. I called, hoping to get some answers, but the person on the other end had no clue about my case. To make things worse, they keep asking for a PIN, but how am I supposed to provide it when I’m locked out of my account?
My entire business depends on this, and they’re treating it like it’s nothing. No accountability, no transparency—just silence after taking my money. This is beyond disappointing. It’s unacceptable. If you value your business, stay as far away from Nexcess as possible.
