A lot of misinformation but Ok experience if you don't mind loosing money

Cruise has some good food but a lot of issues with cruise company leaves customer bitter aftertaste. Return policy which is explained at the time of booking doesn't allow you to cancel for a full refund, some amount company keeps bit by bit disappearing due to different glitches.: double charging for excursion, disappearing of pre-paid packages tec. Emails and receipts do not solve anything. Food allergy on the ship present a very huge problem for a crew to follow and comply, making dining experience below satisfactory. One of most desirable port (In Africa) was skipped with fictional sorry (sailors checked for accuracy), no compensation was offered. Some passengers including myself booked a cruise because of this stop.
Overall due to so many mishaps, constant misinformation from this company and sliding, below average service. I suggest to go somewhere else, especially if passengers prefer VIP service. WE had a good rockstar agent (not right away), but overall deceiving facts/information including port information, tours, packages which are not granted

The worst!!!

The worst!!!! We were flying from Copenhagen. I had business class ticket and I had nothing working. more then 11 hour flight and no TV, and paying so many thousands, and have worst experience in my life, awful. They also were late 2 hours and we missed our connection but these people just don't care same like not to respond to Better Business Bureau complain, just do not use them.

Poor performance and deceiving company

Every experience with this company was awful. I initially install with them, now wanted to upgrade, and I never can get same answer. I am so sorry I install system through them. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and all negative reviews about them are true. Go with someone else, or you will e in hell experiencing worst of all of them with impossible performance and reliability. Oh and by the way they false advertise they are upgrading to IQ8 micro inverters, I hope someone will sue them for false advertisement.

Poor buyer protection

I read reviews and realized that my experience is far from being unique. I had very negative experience with a seller (LEGNOR.COM) who is after loosing a case and being forced to refund money after broken table, undelivered bench and not appropriately designed cadenza,started threatening me. I reported him several times to Etsy and nothing is done including letting him to continue with his buiseness.

Now I bought TV stand, it was broken when delivered. I had to pay for container in order to return it and wasn't reimbursed...

Bottom line, buyers have no protection from this company, so deal with sellers at your own risk knowing consequences.

Nonexistent customer service with awful dirty plane…

Nonexistent customer service with food out of this world (not in a good way), flight was delayed with no apology or explanation. I flew 1st class and needless to say never will use this airline again. Dirty, unpleasant, disgusting plane and horrible people to serve you. I cannot believe I paid for it.

This company is dishonest and they…

This company is dishonest and they misrepresent their services, making misleading statements of what is covered. I opened BBB complaint, manager contacted me yet nothing is done or improved; 3rd claim is being denied: example if plumbing is covered how faucet is not part of it. If dryer/washer for clothes is covered, how claim is denied. I think I should have read polices before buying and not trust words. Everything what is stated before is not correct, just simply misleading. After trying to cancel after 5 months they won't even return half of my money. Just poor and sad experience and nothing will change in remaining month. I read reviews online. I think it is not possible to post so many positive reviews in one day, just an assumption, but my experience is so different I don't trust what I read and i see if my review will be posted. I think customers have a right to know, this is how I choose this company, they are not 5 star and they cannot be with such awful customer service.

Update on December 2021:
They should be awarded AAA+ on denying claims and cheating people. For entire year, no claim is granted little less they didn't even send techs to evaluate any of claims. Wow any person exist who they provided any service or support and not denying all services???
