The website is very easy to follow and delivery is quick. There is lots of advice and support to keep you focused on your goals. The shakes are tastier than any I've ever had. Add one ice cube to them and they become really thick too! There is also a great range of bars, meals and snacks which keeps it interesting. Glad I've started my journey with them.
