Terra Review
Terra did a great job of reaching out, and the interview process was thorough and clear. The main issue I had was that the job that Terra recommended me for became available on LinkedIn a few days later. For the hefty fee I would have paid to Terra, this seemed a bit unreasonable.

Terra candidates get a personal introduction to hiring managers, which means you bypass generic online application processes that often have hundreds or thousands of other applicants where it's harder to stand out. But thanks for sharing your frustration and we will try to improve on communicating this earlier in the process!
