Marta is an extremely knowledgeable and thorough trainer. Her expertise shows in every aspect of the process. She is approachable and considerate, and gets the best out of people. Our coffee is the best it can be due to her training and Matthew Algie.
Poorly packaged, one tub was broken on arrival, and 2 others stuck inside each other as a larger one had been forced into a smaller one. They did offer a 10% voucher off my next purchase, which is why I gave them an extra star for good customer service. I won't be ordering again though.
