AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

If I could give zero stars I would. We are a new occupant of a business premise and have been trying for 2 days to get the change of tenancy information updated and find our new contract rates for potential business. However after experiencing your awful option system, speaking with 6 different advisors to update the change of tenancy and being promised numerous callbacks we will be moving suppliers, because if this is the kind of service you offer now what would it be like if we entered a contract with yourselves!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! APPAULING SERVICE

IF WE COULD WE WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS!

AS A NEW CUSTOMER WE ARE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED FROM ADAM AND JANGO IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM TODAY. CALL GOT CUT OFF BY ADAM WHEN QUESTIONED POLICY AND BOTH ADVISORS VERY DEFENSIVE AND OBSTRUCTIVE WHEN QUERIED BREAKDOWN SERVICES AND PRICING ON POLICY. KEPT BEING PUT ON HOLD FOR LONG PERIODS WHILE THEY CHECKED ANSWERS WITH A SUPERVISOR AND WHEN WE ASKED FOR MANAGER CALLBACK THEY COULD NOT GIVE TIMEFRAME WHEN CALL WOULD BE BUT AGAIN WHEN THIS WAS QUESTIONED THEY SAID CALLBACK WOULD BE WHEN I REQUESTED/SPECIFIED!? SO WAITING ON CALLACK FROM MANAGER SIMON TO DISCUSS MY COMPLAINT. WHILE WE ACCEPT OUR ERROR AS WE DID NOT ADD THE EXTRA VEHICLE AT THE TIME YOUR ACTUAL RESPONSE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WE RECEIVED WAS EXTREMELY POOR, UNEMPATHETIC, UNHELPFUL AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

WE SUGGEST YOU PUT ALL YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS ON TRAINING COURSES TO IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AS THIS IS CLEARLY LACKING AND AS ALL YOUR NEGATIVE REVIEWS MENTION THIS THEN THERE IS CLEARLY AN ISSUE IN THIS DEPARTMENT.
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY AS TODAYS FIRST CALL TO THEM HAS TAKEN NEARLY AN HOUR AND NO CONCLUSION YET.

ONLY CHOSE THEM AS SELLING OF THEIR SERVICES WAS OUTSTANDING, WHAT A LET DOWN BUT WILL SAY CALL ASSIST THEIR BREAKDOWN PROVIDER ARE AMAZING, VERY HELPFUL AND QUICK RESPONSE TIMES SHAME START RESCUE LET THEM DOWN

AS A RESULT OF THE APPAULING 1ST CONTACT MADE TODAY AND THE SERVICE RECEIVED WE HAVE CANCELLED OUR POLICY WITH THEM. SUCH A SHAME AS WAS WILLING TO GIVE THIS COMPETITOR A CHANCE

Excellent Customer Service from Ajay

Requested a callback via the online chat and was called within 15 mins. The advisor Ajay from the Customer Care Team was very helpful and dealt with my billing query very professionally. The advisor is a credit to the company although the wait time and billing issues are horrendous and do let this company down alot as the phone line wait times were terrible regardless of the time I called
