This was the worst experience I have ever had renting from AVIS, and I will never do so again--after using them for many years. The car I received was dirty from the outset, and now they have had the unprofessional audacity to charge ME $450 to clean it. They are passing on the cost of their own poor quality control to their customer. I have never experienced this before, but I now read that this is a common experience with AVIS. I guess I have been lucky up until now, but now AVIS's luck has run out; I will rent my several cars a year from a reputable company.

The products were well-received and easy to apply. Now I hope they make a difference!
