Item didn’t turn up on my sons birthday or the next day and then delivered to the wrong address

Item didn’t turn up on my sons birthday as ordered - they promised it would be the next day. DHL did not deliver the next day and now just found out they delivered today - 3 days late to someone else’s address. Clearly marked as perishable . Spoiled my sons birthday treat . Customer service not replying .

Customer service non existent

Customer service non existent . Sent a return on 26.03.24 still no refund despite return being received by them with photo evidence. Their return system does but allow the input of Royal Mail . Paid £16 to return it . No answer to what’s app or emails.

Beware

Beware - we have just lost £1200. We booked a boat via this site and one of our party injured their leg so we asked if we could change the booking to another day. We were told this was not possible so we agreed to keep the booking as it was and go with less people. 10 minutes before we were due to meet at the Marina we were called by a lady via what’s app saying that there was a problem with the engine and a mechanic could not come to fix it but they could offer us another date on 13th. We messaged click and boat later that day after checking to see if we could change our arrangements for that day to say that we could not take the alternative day they offered. We had no reply. I chased today to be told the owner said there was no problem with boat and that we requested the change??? This is a total untruth. There were 5 people in our car who all witnessed the call as it was on loud speaker. We are taking legal advice to recover the funds.

Very poor service

UPDATED Monday 28th

Despite calling now 3 times and emailing twice asking for a manager or director to call back we have had no response. We should have been travelling today. Email to say you have booked us for tues to fri which is not what was requested. We did not know the dates were wrong as there were no dates in the booking reservation. The booking confirmation email never came through as one of your staff mistyped our email address . We were then told tues to sat was booked . No confidence that when we turn up tomorrow we can get in. Had to reorganise dog sitting, dentist appointments, builders and due to a important conference call my husband now has to travel separately and stay at home and extra day with builders having to delay knocking walls down. This would not have happened if our requests had been handled correctly. We have no details of what time to arrive only checkout time. £2700 for a 4 night stay when next year can stay for a full week 3 weeks later in peak season for £3300. Feel totally let down.


Still no call back after 2 emails and a phone call to request a manager or director call back. We do not have confidence which dates you have on your system as your emails are saying several different dates and not what we requested . We also believe we have been charged incorrectly. We were supposed be staying there next week so this is now urgent ! We don’t like leaving poor reviews but we are not getting the coherent responses and have no confidence in our booking with you.


Please can someone get in touch as the holiday we booked and paid for on 26th May we have not received any confirmation or any details of the address or how to access the property . We are due to travel on Monday so now very worried. Communication is very challenging as per previous review.

Edited: just found out an error was made on your system with our email address which is why it was not received. We have also just found we thought we had reserved 4 nights as there were no dates in the reservation confirmation . We have been charged £900 per night for a 3 night stay !!!?? A slightly later week in July next year for a weeks stay is only £474 per night???? Please can this be checked urgently as it means we have been charged for a full week.
