A Fantastic Dining Experience at ASK Italian - Bluewater
ASK Italian, Bluewater, has become a beloved spot for my family, especially our kids.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm and friendly smiles. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place for a family dinner.
Their dedication to providing a family-friendly environment is heartwarming. Despite not having an extensive kids menu, they go over and above to make sure the kids enjoy their food. The staff is patient and accommodating, making our family dinners stress-free and enjoyable.
ASK Italian - Bluewater has undoubtedly become our go-to restaurant for family outings. We can't thank them enough for consistently providing us with a fantastic dining experience. We're already looking forward to our next visit!
Review of One Call Insurance
Extremely Disappointed - One Call Insurance

I feel compelled to express my extreme disappointment with One Call Claims. The service, or lack thereof, that I have received has been nothing short of a nightmare.
On the 6th of October, my wife was involved in an accident and, despite providing all necessary details promptly, my claim has yet to be confirmed. This delay has left me in a state of financial and emotional turmoil. I took up insurance for the peace of mind that insurance should provide, but instead, I find myself stranded with my young family, desperate for resolution.
To add insult to injury, I've paid for a courtesy car option, which has been nothing but empty promises. I've been left without the means to carry on with my daily life and responsibilities while One Call Insurance has failed to deliver on its commitments.
Furthermore, an issue with the DVLA regarding my license compounded my problems. I was assured that a temporary authority was obtained to resolve the situation swiftly, but One Call Claim never followed through. Instead they sent an email to say I haven’t validated my DL info yet I chatted to a members of staff twice explaining the way forward. At this point I am left without clarity or support, feeling abandoned in this difficult time.
I am appalled by the lack of proper communication as you only get to chat with someone online-no calls) lack of responsibility, and compassion displayed by One Call Claim. I would advise anyone to think twice before entrusting their well-being and peace of mind to this company.
This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I will be actively seeking alternatives to ensure that no one else has to endure the suffering I have been subjected to by One Call Claim.

Brilliant customer service & quality mattress
Purchased a mattress and the communication through email kept me updated on the progress of my order. On the day of delivery, they gave me a two hr slot that the kept too. I also made a mistake on delivery date and Kyi was more than happy to sort that out to the day I really requuired the delivery even after my initial delivery slot was sent out.
Very pleased with the customer service and quality of mattress. Highly recommended!

Unless you have your calculations for your project spot on. Before you get your refund you need to be aware that they do not offer collection services on unwanted goods meaning that you have to personally find a way to get the goods to eDecks c/o Kennings 1a Hook Rd Goole East Yorkshire DN14 5JB Secondly they charge a 20% 're-stocking fee' of the invoice price.
I have no issue with the 20% 're-stocking fee' which is still steep to be honest but having to find a way to return the goods is appalling.
Hilariously, they expect you to accept them either delaying to delivery your goods or worse still showing un-announced a day earlier from when they say they will do the delivery.
Read the small print before getting into 'agreement' with them!
I would not recommend.
