Extremely worrying that a company handling large amounts of other people's money can be so incompetent.
Trying to access my mother's money as POA has been an absolute nightmare and it is still going on.
Whatever paperwork you supply at their request is never enough , even sending it signed for they still say they haven't got it.

Acting as Power of Attorney for my mother, had nothing but trouble dealing with this company. Not sure if they are being deliberately obstructive or just incompetent. Whatever documents I submit, they will always want something else. Never had any problems with other banks or building societies.

Absolute shambles since the changeover. Recurring bundles don't renew, doesn"t renew funds from card. Only available on phone during weekdays. Will be changing provider.
