The ordering process for divan base/s was easy and strait forward. Delivery was within one week...which included a Bank Holiday! A small problem with one unit was notified to Everest after unwrapping. A reply to me was very quick and an amicable solution was reached. No attempt was made by Everest to suggest any blame rested with me and I was treated very courteously.

Well done Everest, many businessess would do well to follow your code on customer relations!!

As easy and straightforward as ordering anything online can be. With Home Fuels you can at least get a price upfront...not having to enter more personal details as required by others before being told the price! The only 'painful' part is paying!!😢

My third order process was easy until my 82 year old brain let me down! Hitting 'Pay now' I was directed to my bank app to approve the payment. Approval given for the payment I assumed it was 'job done', but hadn't realised I should have gone back to my order to hit 'Pay now' once more. Two days later I realised my oversight, rectified it and all proceeded flawlessly.

My second Yodel delivery within one week. Goods were from two unrelated senders for next day delivery. On both occasions my purchases arrived the following day and in the promised time slot. Very satisfied on all counts.
