I bought a Makita power tool. It was brand new, delivered well packaged outside its own Makita branding.

The prices for the tool and shipping were better than anywhere.

Will definitely use them again!

Bought online through a retailer. Polycarbonate panels provisioned by Quattroplast.

The first promised overnight delivery never got put on the courier.
The second mysteriously vanished.
The third made it from Newport to a delivery depot, but was returned by the courier as the panels were damaged.
The fourth delivery, by some miracle arrived undamaged but with only 5 of six sheets. Not enough to cover the roofing project.

The courier who delivered 5 of the 6 panels I ordered was awful. In the back of the van was a washing machine on its side, a large number of boxes, and my panels (not marked as fragile). Nothing was secured at all, everything was a chaotic jumble and had clearly been tumbling around and crashing into each other.


I am now waiting for the 6th panel to be delivered. I have no hope that it will arrive in one piece. I will never use Quattroplast or DX couriers ever again. If I find out they are used by a supplier, I will cancel my order immediately.

Stay away, not recommended at all.

Well packaged and exactly as described.
Bolts arrived with a nice thin coating of oil. Exactly what I needed for my pergola project.

Price of the concrete earth pit I ordered was great, unfortunately the packaging or the transport by courier was less than great and although it arrived fast enoughbfor the concrete timing, it arrived cracked through top to bottom.

Luckily its only going behind a shed so it's not carrying weight or visible otherwise I would have had to return it, which would delay the project considerably.

I needed two sheets of galv for a domestic project, an outside cooking station. I ordered a thin sheet for the roof (lighter, just needs to keep the worst of the rain off), and a thicker sheet for the worksurface where I'm fitting the gas hob.

I ordered the two sheets on a weekday, and it arrived with me on the following Friday really well packaged, clean and dry.

I'm very impressed with the metal and the thickness of the galvanised coating on the mild steel sheets. I'm also very impressed with the communication from this company when I had a query about the shipping time and they responded immediately, and in the most friendly of ways.

I recommend this company, and I will without doubt be using them again.
