I don't know why they can't read,

If I have a package that says for NZPOST believe it or not it does NOT mean it's for ARAMEX. And then to go and loose the f package is beyond

Wanted to change company's because…

Wanted to change company's because these guys charge too much and guess what over 40 minutes to talk to someone only to be put on hold immediately after stating I wanted to leave . What is wrong with this company? So below average.

Took 4 days to get from the other side…

Took 4 days to get from the other side of the world to new Zealand. Since then it's been 10 days of it going around at my local depot then getting sent to the other side of the country then only getting around to sorting it out today and saying they will try to deliver it next week. This company is a joke.
