Don't try and get a refund

Didn't help with dismantling a sofa, didn't have the tools, then refused to provide a refund (even when only requested partially. Spoke to Cleon at Anyvan who dismissed my request then closed the chat.

Useless, disappointing, and a waste of £120

Good Morning Thomas,

We are sorry you are unhappy with the service which you have received.

Upon review of your booking we can see that a dismantling service was not requested as part of your move. Due to access issues within the property the Transport Provider was unable to move the item without dismantling being completed. As this service was not requested unfortunately the Transport Provider allocated did not have the tools to do this and was unable to complete this for you.

​In situations such as this where a booking has been placed incorrectly the Transport Providers will attempt to complete the move for you however should this not be possible we do need to charge a rescheduling fee to rearrange the booking to be completed another day. As the Transport Providers assigned would be able to complete the booking had this been booked correctly unfortunately should it be requested that the move be cancelled we are unable to process a refund to you for this.

We apologise for any inconvenience that has been caused.

Purrfect for me

Thrilled with the improvement in my allergy symptoms since receiving my consultation and personalised recommendation from Dr. Li! I was buying all the wrong medication and just a simple online consult has made such a big difference in my day to day activities - I am no longer wasting money on medications which don’t work for me, and I can have many more cuddles with my cat!
