On my return from Newcastle decided to…
On my return from Newcastle decided to stop at costa next to shell garage outside Carlisle. Behind the counter was disorganised and unclean. The two girls serving were very unwelcoming and hair was everywhere. On giving me my coffee she held the cup by the rim then gave me a spoon which she held by the spoon and not the handle. Had to go back and ask for our cake then watched the girl pick her nose and at no point did she wash or sanitise her hands. Extremely disgusted to say the least
