I did not know why I keep getting…

I did not know why I keep getting emails from this company. Having read some other reviews, looks like it's because I used stitchfix once. Just like many others who have complained here, I used stitch once and ended my subscription as I did not like it. Their emails are so cryptic and their website is not clear! I'm having to create an account to find out what it is that I have received a bill of 500 pounds for! This is ridiculous. If you get any emails from them, do not ignore them. Be sure somehow delete your account. I have enough going on in my life and this is something I did not deal with. Now I almost had a heart attack looking at the bill they have sent me.

Updated: The response on their customer service is extremely slow. I got their email and delivery of the 550 pound - worth package while I was travelling with limited access to my emails, and it was past their 7-day limit when I returned from travel. I have still not been able to place a return order online and get a refund.

Not received my order

I have not received my order yet although the status is delivered. Raised it with the courier company but haven't received a response.
