You've heard of a friday car - well ours is a friday house. Its the house that just keeps giving thanks to complete incompetence from David Wilson. The list of things that were built incorrectly are endless but here are just a few :-

*Back door wouldn't close
* Hallway floor completely refitted
* shower tray cracked
* toilet continually blocking - the contractors used by david wilson refused to come out to fix because they knew thet had messed up.
* Rubble left under the French doors causing the rubber seal to split
* man hole covers on the drive unfit for purpose as made of plastic
* patio completely relaid as kept on flooding
* huge gaps to the edges of the flooring in the bathroom, and kitchen
* garage door was dangerous as incorrect springs to door mechanism fitted
* The latest is that we discovered that a stud wall in the hallway has never been secured to the floor.

David Wilson claim to have thorough inspection processes all the way through the build and are only signed off by senior management. Well they went missing on this house. They would rather let you move in with all the build issues, let you identify and chase to get repairs just so that they can hit self imposed deadlines. Sadly since becoming part of Barratt homes they have lost all integrity. If you buy a David wilson home its like rolling a dice !!

Fraudulent company. They offer a discounted bundle of discontinued goods for a nominal amount. As soon as you order you get an e mail stating you are enrolled in their monthly subscription. Do not order anything from them

Terrible service. No possibility of seeing to customer services. My order was supposed to be available for collection on 21st Feb. Its the 26th today and still no sign of it being delivered to my store for collection. Useless

Answered my query very thoroughly. Very professional. Call answered quickly. Provided help for future possible calls

I rang to speak about a late payment charge on my credit card. I explained that I hadnt received a notification that my bill was due and I had expected to receive this. Rose, the excellent customer service agent set this up for me so that I would never miss a payment again and gave me a gogw refund as she recognised I had always paid in full previously

Terrible customer. Do not buy. I bought 4 tassimo capsules. I tried 2 but the results were so poor I decided to claim a refund for the 2 unused capsules. I received no response to my emails, nor phone calls. In the end I had to get PayPal to intervene to get my money back- I also left a negative review on their website- it wasn't published - I repeat - ignore the positive reviews and do not buy

As good a non alcoholic drink as you can get. Have been having one of these each Saturday night recently while watching TV instead my normal glass of beer/whisky and I've got to say I've not missed the alcohol. It feels like I'm drinking an alcoholic drink but I wake fully refreshed. The taste is unique and very flavoursome. I'm just about yo rider some more. Brilliant
