The battery is holding it's charge better than the original and although it's early days I am very satisfied with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy again if it was needed. I followed a couple of YouTube videos on battery replacement, which helped.

The same shears (previously Wilkinson Sword) have lasted me around 20 years before the power gear broke but I'm very happy to buy the same again (Fiskars). The PowerGear and super sharp blades make cutting hedges effortless. I know the cost is higher than other makes but for me it's a no-brainer buying these again. Even though I didn't receive the phone for 9 days after ordering, this was not due to any shortcomings by Envirofone but the blame can be laid entirely on Royal Mail 24 mislaying it their system. I contacted Andrew after 5 days and he gave a full refund on the assumption that the phone was lost. I had to look elsewhere for a phone of the same grade (Envirofone didn't have a similar item) and it cost me 50% more for the same grade and I paid for next-day delivery (free with Envirofone). The day after I received this phone, the Envirofone package turned up even though the tracking showed it was still in transit! I returned it without opening it. I shall be using Envirofone for future purchases.

I recently moved to Octopus Energy and expected the usual fob-off when I asked if there was any way my 1st generation smart meters could be automatically connected.
