Really great service

Really great service. The whole process was really easy to arrange online and the people I spoke with were really great. I was sorry to see my Jag go but it was beyond repair (beyond my pocket anyway) but the ease of scrapping it and the fantastic service I received softened the blow a bit!

Brilliant service

Avoid

Avoid. Wine52's courier company Yodel left a parcel on my doorstep while I was at work. When I returned home there was no parcel there presumably because it had been stolen. I reported this to Wine 52 and requested a refund because I did not receive the parcel because it was left in an unsecure location and they refused saying that the parcel was marked as delivered. They even had a photograph of the parcel left on my doorstep but still refused to refund me.

Hi There. Thank you for your review. We understand that you are requesting a refund. However, we would like to inform you that the parcel was delivered to the correct address and location, as confirmed by Yodel. A delivery notification was also sent at the time of delivery.

As you were not home at the time, please note that there was an option to provide delivery instructions or request the parcel be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Parcel seemingly stolen because it was just left on my doorstep

The parcel was apparently left on my doorstep as I was out at work. When I returned home in the evening it wasn't there presumably because someone had stolen it. Why not just leave it with a neighbour or reschedule the delivery? It's not rocket science. Really idiotic, appalling service.

Review of The AA Breakdown Cover

The AA are amazing

The AA are amazing, so glad I took out cover with them. I bought a new (quite old) car recently and have had to call them out three times in about three weeks due to breakdown problems such as the accelerator stopping working and smoke (well, probably steam) coming from the engine. Every time they came out very quickly and were able to at least do a temporary fix for the problem. The best part was that every time the AA mechanic followed me to where I was going in case the problem re-occured. In two of these cases this was a drive of 40-50 miles but it was so reassuring and seemed well beyond the call of duty. I'd recommend the AA to everyone, they're truly amazing.

Reeally excellent customer service

Really excellent customer service. I took out a free intro offer and decided not to continue with my subscription. Very easy to cancel, no hassles and the customer service was exceptional. Although I cancelled my subscription I can't fault Beer52 for their service and wish them all the best.
