I spent thousands of pounds with this…

I spent thousands of pounds with this company. Something went wrong with the hotel- not their fault- but their response was appalling 'nothing to do with us'. I strongly recommend finding an alternate supplier for any trips you are considering- very poor customer care experience. Spoiled the trip of a lifetime.

The Home Emergency cover was useless

The Home Emergency cover was useless. On the one occasion i tried to use it, the service failed and we ended up having to use the garden to go to the toilet. My subsequent complaint, which was raised over 1 year ago, remains outstanding and I have no belief they will even respond to me. This service had one thing to do even half well-it failed appallingly. Stay away.
