Every experience I have with Christin at Pact is great. Her customer service skills are excellent. I know when I shop Pact that she will go out of her way to make sure that I am satisfied with my purchase.

My experiences with Christin at Pact are consistently great! I had a problem with snagged sweaters and she didn’t give up until it was made right. They have great clothes and great service!

Amazing Customer Service

I have shopped Pact a lot in recent years because of their quality of clothing and customer service/support. Christin at Pact is a shining example of great customer care. She goes out of her way to be helpful, and is very friendly while doing so. She also knows the clothing well, and that is also very helpful. Old school service like that is why I continue to shop Pact.

Disappointing Service and Quality

I was very excited to receive my dress, so when I opened the package to find an extra-small instead of the medium I ordered I was very disappointed. I emailed DOI and they told me that it was my fault, but would send me another one when they received the dress back. I did not bother because, for the price, the dress was too thin. I had to pay $16.00 to send back a dress that they mistakenly sent in the wrong size, and would not rectify, instead blamed me. I waited four weeks for my refund, they did not give me one until I emailed them inquiring about it, and it was minus their shipping cost. I spent $31.00 with no product to show for my efforts. I do not recommend this company for the lack of customer care and quality of their product.

It's understandable that you were disappointed when you received the wrong size dress, especially after being excited to receive it! I can however see that you did in fact order the Kyra Mini Dress in Ocean Blue size XS which is what you received 💗

I have read through our Customer Service emails with you and our team has gone above and beyond to help resolve this for you, it is disheartening to read you were unhappy with our efforts Yeshelle. As discussed through email, we extended your exchange timeframe to allow you to swap the dress size (usually we only allow 30 days), organised an exchange for you and processed a refund for you.

As our Refunds Policy and Shipping Methods and Charges page states ~ Shipping costs are non-refundable ~

It's important to read the return policy carefully before making a purchase to avoid any surprises Yeshelle 💗

You Need to have Duckfeet!

I am on my third pair of Duckfeet! The craftsmanship is excellent, as is their customer service. I get compliments almost every time I wear them. You need to have duck feet!

No Loger A Fan

I was a fan of Bombas socks, and referred many people to them. That was until I ordered compression socks. I ordered my usual size, and the foot was too big, but extremely tight at the top, so much so, that it gave me a blister on my inner upper calf! I am a healthy active woman, this had never happened before. I emailed them with pictures of the blister, and spoke with them. They started a claim, and I did not hear from anyone, as I had asked to speak with a manager. When I called, I was told that my claim was resolved. They said that they had passed the pictures and information to the production team as feedback to improve the socks. No manager would talk with me. When I expressed my concern for how they handled my situation they just sent me a code for 20% off my next purchase. There was no compensation offer. I
I was a loyal customer, until I was treated with such disrespect and lack of concern.

Always Happy

Every time I shop Pact I have a great experience. The clothes are quality, and the people are as well. They are consistently friendly, helpful and professional. They go out of their way to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. I highly recommend that you "wear pact!"
