They provided a car of a lower class than the one reserved, yet the full price for the higher-class vehicle still had to be paid. Additionally, the car was in poor condition, with visible damage to the door, it was not properly cleaned, and the fuel level was misrepresented. While it was stated to have a half tank of fuel, in reality, it only had one-third. Such a situation is highly disappointing and falls short of the expected service standards.
