I did the financial coaching with Octopus and have not regretted it at all, finally feel like an adult(ish) and have all my finances finally in order.
Really easy to get in touch with them, really responsive and generally an all round great experience.
I have been with Octopus for well over a year now and sticking around

I loved working with Carlo, really good for a complete novice like myself, had a lot of patience, didn't mind explaining things multiple times as long as you understood the product at the end - which I did.
Really easy to talk to, we had a great chat about life in general, but when it came to my personal financial situation he made me feel at ease, that I was going in the right direction and was not in the slightest bit pushy.
Would definitely recommend him and have already.

Service was great and the delivery was on time however seeing the delivery driver with a fridge on his shoulder because it doesn't weigh to much didn't instil confidence in the delivery service - what if he had dropped it?! Would it have been delivered anyway for us to find fault once we took it out of the box?!
Sonic Direct I am happy with but not the delivery service unfortunately...
