BEWARE they are NOT easy access savings. If you withdraw money after 2pm on a working day, it gets processed on the next working day and gets transferred on the following working day. It can essentially take more than 48 hours to receive the money from them. This is no where highlighted on their website and maybe available in small print.

I had the misfortune to sign up for a lease with this company. They do have a high staff turn over with property managers silently changing every couple of months. They DO NOT have a London office and they do not hold keys locally. That implies one needs to be present at the property for repairs, end of tenancy cleaning etc since the contractor/tradesmen can't get the keys from their office. They will give you a good grief with end of tenancy. They hire so called independent inventory clerk which they appoint and can't be changed. The inventory clerk was notorious and nit-picking every single dust particle they can find after a professional cleaning. Things like dust under the radiator pipes and at places that are not visible and easily accessible are highlighted in the checkout report. The list of problems doesn't end here and I wish have more time to write everything down. Avoid at all cost!
