Dazzy Wazzy

I'm always apprehensive when ordering from a company I don't know. But they were excellent. Quick delivery and the product I bought was cheaper than anywhere else. I will definitely be using them again.

I order 3 DVD box sets, to be delivered at the Luton branch. This was because the last time I got a home delivery and HMV unfortunately relies on Royal Mail, they can’t seem to follow easy instructions. So this was a much better idea. Great service, all were correct. The lady who served me was friendly and was able to locate my items quickly, so no hanging about,

Although HMV were great in taking the order and dispatching it. Royal Mail however are as incompetent as ever.

They failed to knock on my door when I was in. Then when I arranged a second delivery for the next day to my local post office (about 1 min walk away) as I was going to be at work. This was confirmed in an email sent from them stating they would email me when it was ready to collect. They came to my house again and left a card for me to collect at a sorting office 5 miles away.

So HMV, if you want to compete with Amazon rethink your delivery company.

This is the longest I have been with an energy company for years and so far I am very pleased with the service.

I feel that they have my interest at heart and their customer service is excellent.
