Not happy that the only delivery option…
Not happy that the only delivery option was £10 for next day, no option to click and collect or opt for standard deliver, what made it worse was it took a week to arrive! Product was just what I was looking for but delivery cost more than the item itself!

I returned 3 items in the same package…
I returned 3 items in the same package and was only refunded for 1. Tried to speak to someone about this and I’ve got absolutely nowhere. I keep getting blocked from the app and I’m just about ready to cancel my account as I’m sick of being passed around the houses.

Ordered Next day delivery, turns up a day late. Will not use again, the whole point of flower delivery is to mark an occasion!!
