Great company to ɓook with! Really helpful and resolve problems quickly, special thanks to Finnian for saving the day.

Avoid

Avoid. Event cancelled the same day leaving us high and dry, claimed we had VIP access to a club who didn’t know anything about it when we arrived. Ruined the poor hens weekend!

Edit- I will retract the term VIP used in my original review and use your terminology the “reservation for bar entry as a gesture of good will” didn’t know anything about it when we arrived. Still no refund either, but do not worry, reading your other reviews I take comfort that I am not alone in my view of your company and pretty much over it. Enjoy your day!!

At Chillisauce we work with the Lead Booker and keep all communications consistent with one person. I can see you were a guest on this booking, hence I would advise you obtain all the right information discussed with your Lead Booker as your review is factually incorrect.

Our records show we contacted the Lead Booker on the 17th of August that the cruise could not go ahead because of boat capacity due to ongoing Covid restrictions. All notifications are done with the Lead Booker.

The Lead Booker contacted our on-call agent during the weekend and we provided a reservation for bar entry as a gesture of goodwill to help your group. Hence there was no VIP element.

We sincerely hope you will return back to Chillisauce so we can help you again.

Avoid

Conflicting emails on order status and very poor customer service. I have waited weeks for my order to be completed and payment made, still not resolved. No response to several emails sent. I would personally avoid this untrustworthy company.

I am very sorry to learn your experience has not been positive.

When your review was received, we investigated further and could see your order was not yet complete. Please accept our apologies for this delay and the inconvenience this has caused.

As one of your devices was found to be parental locked, we could not complete the processing of the order until this was unlocked or marked as faulty. I can see you agreed to mark this as faulty but this was not communicated to the correct department, I am very sorry for this.

I can confirm I have now escalated this matter and your payment has now been made. Again, I must apologise for the time this has taken to conclude.
