Review of Kickstarter

They should be called Scamstarter

I backed Livtab’s CyberOne project on Kickstarter in November 2022, with desks promised for February 2023. Now, in March 2025, I am still empty-handed and out about $1700. The campaign page remains active, misleading potential backers into thinking the project succeeded, while the reality is nothing but unfulfilled promises and a cascade of excuses.

The creator, Shiran Han, hasn’t logged into their Kickstarter profile in over six months—a clear breach of Kickstarter’s requirements for regular updates. Instead of receiving official communications, backers are met with vague, off-the-cuff responses. My multiple contacts with Kickstarter Support have yielded only generic replies, such as:

"I just want to re-confirm that we have received your report about this project, and our experts in project review, the Trust and Safety team will take action accordingly."

This response offers no tangible resolution or refund, leaving us with nothing but excuses. Meanwhile, Livtab ran an Indiegogo campaign for the same desk and is now selling the CyberOne on livtab.com. Three years of delays and misleading updates suggest a deliberate strategy to string us along rather than deliver on their promises.

After backing over 20 projects on Kickstarter, this experience has forced me to reassess my trust in the platform. The system is clearly failing backers when accountability is most needed. I can no longer recommend Kickstarter to those who value transparency and follow-through.

Kickstarter needs to address these systemic issues rather than offer vague assurances. Until then, I will refrain from backing future projects on their platform.

Livtab is Evil

Livtab is a scam—zero stars if I could. I pledged $1,500 for their CyberOne desk on Kickstarter in November 2022, promised for February 2023. It’s March 2025—still nothing. They raised $600K across Kickstarter and Indiegogo, stiffing hundreds of backers. Shiran Han hasn’t updated Kickstarter in six months (since August 2024), yet Livtab claims desks are ‘coming’ while selling them as ‘Buy Now’ on livtab.com—no preorder, just lies. Worse? Order there now, and you won’t get a desk either—beware, buyers.

This isn’t a delay; it’s a hustle. They’ve ignored refund pleas from backers, pocketed our cash, and now lure new victims with a sham website. I’ve backed 20+ projects—never seen such a blatant con. Check Kickstarter and Indiegogo comments: backers are furious, and Livtab’s silent.

Steer clear of Livtab. $600K raised, zero delivered, and a website peddling empty promises. Backers got burned; new buyers will too. Save your money—don’t trust this fraud.

Buyers beware

Buyers beware! They already have stolen my money thru kickstarter. Do not buy the several thousand dollar standing desk or anything else from livtab. I purchased this 3 years ago and still no desk. Just delay after delay. Still waiting and they won't respond to my inquires.

Review of Tytyga

**Title:** Buyers Beware of TyTy Nursery:Unhealthy Plants and Poor Customer Service

I recently ordered plants from TyTy Nursery (tytyga.com), and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. This company is scamming people by sending extremely unhealthy plants and then claiming they are healthy. When you want to return them, you have to pay for shipping, which has been a giant waste of my time and money. They are taking people's money and getting away with it, and they must be stopped.

The thornless blueberry and mulberry trees I received had no live leaves, and all leaves were dead upon arrival. The other three plants were bare without any foliage. This clearly indicates that the plants were already in poor health before shipping.

Additionally, the two mulberry trees, advertised as 6 and 7 feet tall, arrived as bare stems without any foliage. I expected healthy trees with leaves. The packaging was atrocious; all five plants had their roots tangled together, making it difficult to distinguish them. This is not the standard I expect from a reputable nursery.

I have attached photos comparing the plants I received from TyTy Nursery to those from other suppliers. It is misleading to sell these plants as three-year-old, fruit-bearing size. The leafless stems sent are unlikely to produce any fruit soon, contradicting their product description.

Their return policy and shipping information are difficult to find and seem designed to discourage returns. I refuse to pay for shipping to return these unhealthy plants. The experience has been a major disappointment from start to finish.

Here are the main issues I encountered:

1. **False Advertising:** The plants were advertised as three-year-old, fruit-bearing size, but what I received were bare stems with no foliage and no indication of being able to bear fruit anytime soon.

2. **Poor Packaging:** The plants arrived with their roots tangled together, making it difficult to distinguish one from another. This is not how a reputable nursery should package their plants.

3. **Misleading Website:** The website does not clearly state that plants might arrive without any growth. Normally, nurseries send healthy plants in planters or wrapped in a plastic bag with soil, securely zip-tied. This critical information was missing.

4. **Difficult Return Process:** Their return policy is hard to find and seems designed to discourage returns. I do not intend to pay for shipping to return these nearly dead plants, especially when their poor health is not my fault.

5. **No Customer Support:** Despite my attempts to reach out for a resolution, the customer service has not provided a satisfactory response. This is unacceptable for any business, especially one in the horticulture industry.

I regularly order plants and spend thousands of dollars each year on gardening. This was my first and last time ordering from TyTy Nursery. Other nurseries send healthy plants that are well-packaged and ready to thrive. I decided to try TyTy Nursery, but this experience has been a major disappointment.

I urge others to avoid this nursery. My experience has been a waste of time and money, and their customer service has not provided a satisfactory resolution. Be warned and choose more reputable nurseries for your gardening needs. They are taking advantage of customers and must be held accountable.

Artificial Flavors and Preservatives Anyone

Boy do I regret signing up for the annual subscription. Everything is artifical flavors and preservatives. I've gotten 5 to 6 boxes so far and thrown out 90% of the stuff. Also every country so far has sucked. I haven't wanted to try snacks at any of the countries they've done so far. Trust me and all the reviews, Stay Away!. Majority of reviews are negative too. Find something different to spend your hard earned cash.

Best Enails on the Planet

My smoking experience just improved ten fold! This is the best enail out there. It has features like no other enail. Like the ability to vaporize flowers similar to a volcano. And the obvious ability to do dabs. So it's multiple function. Also the metal machining is of the highest quality. All kinds of cool upgrades like a ceramic plate. I was worried when I didn't see any reviews on trustpoint. I've had two orders, and their customer service is top notch.

Got ripped off by these People! Beware!

Paid over a $150 dollar for a species of fish and priority shipping in the beginning of August. It's now August 31st, and I'm contacting my CC to try to reclaim the funds because they never shipped and won't respond to any of my emails or calls. I've also filled out the form on their site several times, and have never heard any response. I've giving them almost a month to respond by any means. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Still waiting after 2 months

Ordered on March 28th. It's now May 11th. Listen to all the google reviews. This seller does not care about you, and seems to think a month to print and ship is acceptable. Then you have to deal with the fact that the seller must live in bumblefuk because he finally mailed it on April 24 and it's still not here. These dates are real and disturbing. Especially to see he responds to folks on google and blames delays on not approving a proof. That's why we choose a design and dimensions so there's no need to approve anything. The buyer picks an image and size. Why the need for proof. Exactly there is no reason except to buy the seller more time to be incredibly lazy and unprofessional. The proof is merely a scheme. When you place the order, you're sent an email stating it has been sent to design for printing and will be shipped in about 10 days.Yea right. It's been two and a half months and still nothing. And the seller could care less. So unprofessional and seems to be a huge headache for basically every buyer. I mean every Google review on this place says the same thing the package gets lost in the mail. As a responsible business owner, you should ship by UPS and fedex rather then usps when you see packages consistently getting lost or delayed . I also paid for expedited delivery. Read reviews on google. Go anywhere but here.
