My experience would have been better if I had received the product right away. i was not told that the4 order had been cancelled. Even though it was cancelled, I was still billed on the date I ordered it.

II wanted to order 3 bottles of renew, optimizer and the oxidizer. I was shown only 1 of the Renew, and then
1 of the optimizer. I finally clicked on the bottles of 3 and put that in my cart. I did the same with the optimizer and the oxidizer. Then I was shown the cart for the 1 bottles. I finally found the cart on top and found my order. Because I had left a review, I had a 20% off coupon, but I wasn't allowed to use it. Not happy! I will call tomorrow. Also I wanted to print a receipt. I couldn't find it in my emails
