I was so impressed. The scent lasted so well and two friends wanted the details of what I wore.

It's always amazing to get compliments, however the product is wonderful and I'm delighted with it. Totally love my new wax melts and my new perfumes and the samples I got.

Today (6.5.22) I had a fun experience with a young guy called Ruairi from the Shoe Studio Department. #721066 Op Num. He was helpful and great support with shoe purchasing choice. He had a very cheery attitude and spoke well about his colleagues and manager and about how his day went. Great rapport and a great smile. If I was a mystery shopper I would of given him full marks. He represented his brand excellently, was super engaging and congratulated me purchasing shoes for my graduation. I felt acknowledged and like I knew him for a long time. He held himself professionally and he was really a great brand representative for Brown Thomas customer service. I am delighted with my Carvela shoes for my Lifecoaching Graduation and I will be certainly happy walking in them to get my Diploma at the end of this month. - MANY THANKS and Sincerest gratitude for the lovely experience! I was very happy with the products purchased and the speedy delivery! It's so great that if you spend over a certain amount the delivery is free.
