Web design made bike selection and choice of components straightforward. Communication on delivery was clear and frequent enough. The bike was delivered about a month ahead of estimate and was easy to set-up. I've done 4 rides so far totalling about 200 miles and it's a joy to ride. It seems to smooth out the ride surface and go quicker downhill than my previous bike.
