First class service and products !

Cameron was very helpful today with my question as I have used this service many times with all my dogs and have found it extremely helpful regarding sensitivities, it allowed me to eliminate the items and the dog returned to normal! Always recomend this company!

Alan always takes time to reply to my emails and always advises.

Upon entering the aforementioned address, a sign stated to register a blue badge at the payzone. I had to do this on behalf of the disabled gentleman. The machine at the payzone to register stated OUT OF ORDER and to register via email. This was not possible as no connection!
I went to look for the management office to report and surprise, surprise no one was there!!
once home I emailed them with the details and photos and reminded them under the equality act 2010 the operator must anticipate the needs of disabled motorists and make reasonable adjustments in accordance with the act!!!!
They acknowledged my email....but I have had dealings with these cowboys before and knew what was coming ...an order to pay for £100 !!!!!!!
Another email from me and they quickly backed down and removed the fine.....with the wording "we are prepared on this occassion to cancel this PCN" !!!
The sheer audacity when we followed their protocol and this was fabricated out of thin air!!
How are they allowed to continue to run this cartel!!!!!

This company are holding money and leveraging it ! I ordered on the 6th February with deliver on or before 20th February with NO update whatsoever!!! I called several times without being given any other details other than it will be delivered on the 20th !!! The 20th came and still no update!! At this point legally they have broken the contract that we entered into on the 6th February and must refund or deliver the product!
I observed reading thru other complaints that they frequently do not deliver and have the audacity to then charge a fee!!!! I called them and told them they need to do a refund WITHOUT charging me a fee Or else ….. They did refund the full amount!!
I will never order from this cowboy outfit again!!! They are leveraging people’s funds!

Good service except every time I do not get any notifications for the delivery! I only know when a tanker is outside !!

Both men were very polite and helpful as I was told by the company I booked the fridge freezer with that after paying for recycling of old appliance they may refuse to take it down a flight of stairs for health and safety reasons!! He asked me a women on my own and my elderly mother to take down !!!
When I explained to the delivery drivers they said no that’s no problem for us. Really helpful.

I ordered the test for one of my dogs who had been itching a lot and I could see some rusty looking hair …. I knew it was a sensitivity to something he was eating. I was shocked to see by the report which by the way came thru very quickly … he was sensitive to 3 of the proteins I was feeding him as well as Broccoli and a few other items. I eliminated those items from his diet which resulted in no more itching or rusty looking hair and his eyes are not runny. Best £27 I’ve ever spent! I have now tested two more of my dogs with positive results. Well worth doing. Vets just never understand about nutrition and diets.

Love the Marshmallow Root I use it for my Dog. Love Indigo herb’s products I can trust them not to contain nasty chemicals.

After purchasing I was told it will be delivered within 10 days … However, it was delivered the very next day !I Great service but I was not notified in advance which caused a problem as due to my guard dogs I cannot risk unlocking my gates so the driver had to wait until i returned.

Great service ! Better than any other company! As soon as I place the order it out shortly afterwards and delivery always next day ! As a bonus I on many occasions receive free gifts !!

This company is not to be trusted. I returned an item weeks ago and they never update the item in their system as being returned and therefore no refund!!!!! I have emailed them and no response either!
