Dr Kathryn gives exceptional service to her patients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her (I have indeed already been doing so).

This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company. In March 2023, our car was parked, unattended in a car park. Hit by third party, driver identified and details obtained and CCTV provided. Months and months of chasing and chasing after no updates after third party denies responsibility. Finally they instruct a “legal” advisor some 10 months later after I make a complaint and insist on some meaningful progression after discovering there had in fact been none. Certainly not the quality of a reputable legal firm, their documents are littered with spelling errors. If I can’t take them seriously how on earth do I expect the third party insurers to?! Now 16 months on, premiums significantly affected as I’m having to record an open at fault claim. I’m at a loss how with CCTV Markerstudy cannot hold some weight in discussions with third party insurers but seeing the quality of the legal services they have employed it’s clear you are getting the cheapest possible service. The lack of updates or contact has been the most frustrating. Even following complaints, both found in my favour, the service has not improved and I am still not getting any updates on what is happening. I am confident a more reputable insurance firm like Churchill or Admiral would have had this matter dealt with promptly. Lesson learnt from using one of the cheaper insurance companies on comparison sites. It’s a false economy to use this company in the unfortunate event you actually need to use their services. We will be paying higher premiums thanks to their incompetence at dealing with a simple claim for some time I’m sure.

Exceptional service and fantastic quality furniture.

Shaun and Ben, the delivery team, did a fantastic job, really polite and hard working. This was a big set that was put together in about two hours. All rubbish taken away too, they’ve done a great job.

A special mention also for the Joe, manager of the Essex branch. We ordered from Joe initially and the service we have received has been nothing short of exceptional. To learn that he doesn’t work on commission was even more of a surprise because the service was so good. There were issues with the standard customer service team which Joe stepped in to rectify immediately.

I would have no hesitation in recommending and using the White Stores again.

Beautiful flowers every single time. I would never normally pick the ones that come in the box which makes it so lovely. I’ve been using Freddie’s flowers for about 6 months, have 1 to 2 deliveries a month and have never been disappointed. The vases are lovely too and perfect size to properly display the flowers as the instructions advise. Highly recommend.
