J.A.M. THE WATCH MAN!!!!
MY ORDER ARRIVED IN Perfect condition today! Which is pretty much always. I usually will pay for express shipping. Normally always when buying multiple watches or higher end limited edition models. I have so few problems it’s not even worth mentioning them. I don’t think more than 4 returns out of a few hundred watches that I purchased. One recently was mechanical automatic JT Gold Tone LE model. with a glass fiber dial and accents with an open heart design. I saw that I was not able to wind it up manually with the crown. However! I have mostly automatic watches and this was never a problem. They are always incredibly fast with processing my orders from start to finish. Which I greatly appreciate there efforts.
Today is actually 7 days since my JT watch was returned and received by your team on Friday November 31st 2024. I actually spoke with Jessica today about my return credit! She was so professional. Jessica was extremely pleasant and a very helpful person. I received my credit and new watch 2 days later.
