From start to finish FOX finace group especially Bronwyn made my experience so simple and easy. Not over committing to me, being realistic and keeping focused on getting me the best deal, in a amazingly time efficient manner.
Also loved the direct contact... Really liked calling them and not having to go through stupid key pad selections. You call and they answer... They know who you are before you introduce yourself (must have caller ID) but all of these small things really made me feel wanted and important as a client.
I will be using FOX again as I have future plans. Will go no where else.
