Why am I getting spam calls from these idiots? I have never heard of them, clearly data theft

Awful

Company provided me with a damaged vehicle on finance that they had failed to repair, then sent someone out who claimed the repair had already been done. Pay off the finance to be completely ignored, no confirmation email or receipt for payment, nothing. Contacted them to ask for this to receive back a rushed letter via attachment in almost-English purely saying that they aren't interested in the vehicle?! This company is awful, would never recommend.

Edit - now are trying to call me for no reason, onto harassment. Email me my receipt for the 3 and a half grand you've been paid and leave me alone, I am no longer your customer. It has now been 5 days and MoneyBarn have refused to provide confirmation of payment or receipt of transaction of any kind. They have no respect for their customers and I will be filing a formal complaint - how far do I need to take this in order to get a receipt? This company is a joke.

Nothing but liars and vultures

Lowell will send you letters lying about a payment not being made, despite there being evidence on both your Lowell account and your bank account that proves otherwise. Actively choosing to waste paper purely so that they can lie in an attempt to harass more money out of people during a cost of living crisis. Disgusting company.

EDIT: I have already filed a formal complaint with the company via their website.

Rectified a printing error pretty fast

Received a book as a gift - unfortunately 50 pages were missing. Was unable to return do vendor due to being a gift so having no proof of purchase, so got in contact with PRH as the publishers. Received a complete replacement book in about a week or so - great service from this publisher, a shame the printing error happened at all though.

Zero customer service, awful experience, will never purchase again

Ordered one t-shirt, supposedly printed on time but the tracking info has been sitting at "label printed" for 12 days now. This would suggest they haven't even given the parcel to the courier, and the delivery is supposed to be within 14 days - not looking likely. Emailed them after 5 days to be told it takes "a while" for the courier to scan the package, and then they closed the ticket without actually bothering to look into it. Emailed again after 8 days asking how long "a while" is and am now being ignored by the customer service team. Only reason this review is at 2 stars is on the off-chance the parcel turns up within the next 2 days.

Edit: lowered review to 1 star as DBH customer service is non-existent. Contacted the courier directly and had a response and resolution within a matter of hours - yet still no response from DBH. They must either have no staff at all or they deliberately ignore their customers. Awful experience, will never purchase from them again. Will expect a refund for shipping fee as they are unable to abide by their own policies.

Disappointing

Received as a gift, will not be making a purchase of my own. Shampoo and conditioner manage to do the bare necessity of cleaning hair, but leaves hair feeling strawlike which I've never experienced with anything other than bleach. The smell is awful, had to spray perfume in my hair once dry because I just couldn't be surrounded by that smell, weird mouldy earthy scent. Used for 3 washes and gets worse each time, don't think I'll even be emptying the bottle. Very disappointing but the packaging is beautiful
