Applied for a Fixed Rate Saver
Applied for a Fixed Rate Saver, supposed to be Simple & Easy, went through all the hoops of scanning driving licence,downloading QR scanner etc and completing all details. Application failed. Contacted local Investec and London offices for help and was told to re-apply and use Live Chat which rarely seams to appear on my browser.
As I applied online no one could help me!
Re-applied, completed all the hoops again still no confirmation that application successful, approaching 48hours,managed to contact them via Live Chat after queueing was told to wait for full 48 hours.
I have been a customer a couple of years ago so they should have all my details on record..it is most unlikely if they don't come back to me today that I will invest...poor customer service..certainly not Simple & Easy as advertised... Investec replied now (19/01/22 2:00pm replied to them with requested info)
