Employee of the year???

A young man called Jay who went above and beyond for a vulnerable customer but got let down by Microsoft processes right at the end.
His company is very lucky to have him as an employee.

Applied for a Fixed Rate Saver

Applied for a Fixed Rate Saver, supposed to be Simple & Easy, went through all the hoops of scanning driving licence,downloading QR scanner etc and completing all details. Application failed. Contacted local Investec and London offices for help and was told to re-apply and use Live Chat which rarely seams to appear on my browser.
As I applied online no one could help me!
Re-applied, completed all the hoops again still no confirmation that application successful, approaching 48hours,managed to contact them via Live Chat after queueing was told to wait for full 48 hours.
I have been a customer a couple of years ago so they should have all my details on record..it is most unlikely if they don't come back to me today that I will invest...poor customer service..certainly not Simple & Easy as advertised... Investec replied now (19/01/22 2:00pm replied to them with requested info)

Confused.com is changing

Have used confused.com for many years, great for not having to "build your quotes" each year until now.
Last year I purchased not using confused, this year my saved pre-built quotes have gone from the confused system!
So I took a couple of hours building the quote fron the ground up again on confused.coms system.
AXA came out tops as the cheapest quote, so linked to AXA's web page only to find that it was cheapest because specified single items on confused systems had been excluded on AXA's as, AXA couldn't offer them.
They could offer part of an insurance policy though! What a waste of time.
Potentially now I have to go through 20+ other insurers confused.com offered web sites to try to find a full quote. What is the point of confused.com?

Still not managed to get a reply from DVLA

Still not managed to get a reply from DVLA online form completed 26 April,follow up letter and formal complaint.
I cannot drive until I have contacted them for medical reasons.
This Goverment Department seems to be a complete waste of time,telephone calls are referred to web, online chat doesn't work,online forms are not responded to and complaints ignored.
I wish you the best of luck dealing with them.

Swintons took 46 minutes to deal with a…

Cannot contact Swintons..No idea what it means but received this several times from email address supplied by Swintons...

Swintons took 46 minutes to deal with a simple enquiry concerning my newly purchased Building and contents policy.
Later discovered they charge me £7.77 for the privilege of queuing me for most of that time.
Will never use or recommend them again.
