Cancelled subscription that they took for a year with no reminder, the subscription was canx but money not refunded.contacted them via chat, every time different story.First time they can see is canx but no refund so they refund straight away, asked for email, not received.after few days of nothing, contacted them again, they advised their colleague couldn't do refunds as it was a charge back, which PayPal never received.waited few more days and contacted again, the opened a case, gave me ref number and passed it to a higher team.heard nothing after a week, contacted again and been informed that no case was opened and they can opened it again??!!! Asked to provide me with ID ref for charge back, apparently they were not able to do so!!!! V v v frustrated, been misleaded multiple times, never ever Disney Plus again

Reading 1* reviews was very hesitant to place an order.have risked as the price was half of what is on another websites, paid by PayPal just incase something goes wrong , however everything was perfect, from placing the order, through updates, placed order late Thursday, received morning on Saturday... overall I had very good experience

Upon the check out the only info that show is , orders worth£100 free UPS delivery.boom, ordered.
Unfortunately have read reviews after ordering about the tax, emailed straight away to cnx, no reply received untill few days later , straight after shipping info, that the order was already shipped.
Requested to return paperwork, as on the website states if return outside EU contact us, since 17Feb, i still waiting on my return paperwork, with emails back and forth.
The fabric of items seems strange,like cheap material but did not weare it so cant comment how it wears
