Bad customer service experience
I have placed an for a total amount of £99.65 when I received a notification that the one of the item was unavailable. I replied to this email saying "I am NOT going to cancel my order but you should have put it in your website that the item is not available because it is misleading and we do pay for this immediately". The customer representative Israel Ramos went ahead and cancelled my order and I lost all the promotions and discounts.
I said I will still expect the order because it is their mistake that this was cancelled. Another customer representative replied to me and offered 5% discount for the trouble which is not enough for all the discounts I have lost. I needed assistance is getting my order at the amount with discounts and promotions on the amount that I initially ordered them because this mix up is not my mistake. The website is also still listing the same items, when they are not available causing a hassle for the consumers.
