I'm a volunteer at a Repair Cafe here in Lake Zurich, IL. One cafe "client" had a 30+ year old circleline fluorescent ceiling fixture with a defective ballast. Lightbulbs.com was the only place I could get a replacement ballast.
Their pricing was more than reasonable and delivery was within days.

I heard from 3 different organizations regarding my order: CPO, Tyler Tool and Uline. None of them "acknowledged" the other so it was up to me to determine why I was hearing from each of them. Created more than a little confusion.
The tool case was shipped in a lightweight shrink wrap. When the package arrived the wrap was mostly shredded; if the package would have had to be handled 1 more time I doubt the wrap would have survived.
The lightweight wrap also lead directly to the tool case sustaining exterior damage in transit.
The return process was a bit more complicated than it needed to be.
