Unmanned booking... know what you need!!!
The fit to fly test was proven to be £99 out the window and waste of my time. When I booked nobody asked whom I fly with so they could have advised that the 15minute test is not good for me.
Adonis contacted me afterwards and offered an alternate compensation (I booked the wrong test, it's confusing what to do these days), furthermore promised to make clearer what the 15 min. test is good for.
Hopefully my example helps others.
