Disappointing delivery and customer service
The shop used Parcelforce to ship my order, even though that courier isn't listed as an option on their website. As a result, the delivery wasn't handled properly and was marked as being delivered with no delivery 2 days in a row making me stay in for nothing and missing out on evening plans as I was excited to receive and build my order. After it was finally delivered late, I was given a small refund, and I even offered to take it as store credit if they could guarantee better shipping options next time – but they wouldn't do that. I probably would have rated them not bad if they had done so, but apparently, they’d rather refund me less money than make me a returning customer. Overall, a pretty dismal experience. I’ll be using different stores instead it seems.
