I changed my tariff to standard variable from the mega expensive fixed one on 28/09. Never got a confirmation. My direct debit wasn't changed although when I changed the tariff it reduced by 56%. This should have been done automatically as per the confirmation at the time but today I checked my account and the old DD was still in place. And the DD won't update by the time it's due apparently. I am furious!!! I'm not happy to be paying for something I'm not even using only so it sits in your bank accounts. And yes, I know it will be adjusted towards my account but we are talking of overpaying by almost £200!!!

I got the Mayfair tan bag with two extra straps and a tassel keyring. I'm delighted with the purchase. It arrived super fast, in two days, and well packaged. The bag has 4 compartments, 3 with zip which is exactly what I wanted. Other brands have only one zip compartment which isn't at all enough. The straps are lovely and well made. Time will tell, but for now I'm happy with my purchase.

This is the second time I'm ordering Thomas Sabo from this jeweller and each time it's been a delight. The communication is excellent and consistent, the items are well packaged and the postage is pretty much immediate. No doubt I'll be buying some from here :)
