Rude and sarcastic customer care (chat).
My earlier experiences were good when I purchased my google pixel phone, Dell monitors from them but today they have disappointed me with rude and sarcastic person on chat support.

Great experience as a tenant in CEJ…

Great experience as a tenant in CEJ apartment in Copenhagen S; we lived there for around 3.5 years. From open house to view the apartment, keys collection, quick response to fix any building-related issue (not many) to the final inspection, everything was smooth. Most of our communication was with Jeanette L S, who was also very prompt in her response to us. Definitely recommended for a peaceful rental experience. Thanks CEJ and team!

Highly recommended for a stress-free…

Highly recommended for a stress-free moving experience. We recently moved from Copenhagen to Odense and after talking to many moving companies, we chose Jonas thanks to their super understanding and fast customer service. The initial consultation was provided free where the Jonas representative came to see our home, belongings and understand our requirements before sending us the quotation (This was missing among other moving companies). The packing material including boxes, long boxes for suits, wrapping paper and bubble wrap were provided in advance. On the day of moving, The movers came on time, they were very cheerful and that helped us reduce our anxiety about the move. They removed all the boxes, furniture and other items in less than 90 min and we met them in Odense after around 2 hours. At the destination apartment, they unloaded everything the way we wanted, placing the boxes exactly in the rooms we asked them to (storage, bedroom, kitchen, living room etc.) Everyone spoke fluent English which was helpful to us expats in communicating. We had 1 month time to return the moving boxes after unpacking, we managed to return in around 20 days. This was also collected with no fuss, quickly and efficiently. I am going to use Jonas going forward whenever we move in the future and would highly recommend them for everyone, including expats in Denmark. Thank you once again Signe, Janni, Steven, Morten, Oliver and the entire team for making our move the most relaxed and stress-free experience :)

Super professional service.

Super professional service.
We recently moved out of our apartment in Copenhagen and after final inspection, landlord committed to returning full advance back all thanks to the work of Camilla and her team at Udflytningsgaranti. The entire apartment was clean, painting was done very neatly and the floor polishing was also well done. From the beginning to the end, communication with Camilla has been very nice and easy. I recommend the service to everyone who wants to save time and effort and have a stress-free moving out experience.

Hi Camilla from Dao,
Thanks for your reply. My gripe is not about how you distribute the packages, it is about not being informed as a customer about it, while making the purchase. Either the info should be made available when I choose Dao or the merchant should somewhere include this info on purchase page (feedback for future).
Unfortunately, I need the package for someone's birthday that's coming soon so please send it to the parcel shop, I will pick it up this time from there. Thanks.

This has happened twice now. They send a message saying we came when you were asleep (who does that?!), so we have redirected your package to parcel shop. Later I find out on their website about the entire newspaper delivery thing and why they come midnight/early morning (Who reads this info when they order something with a 3rd party merchant?).
It would be nice if you mention this BEFORE I chose the delivery option. I am ordering something, paying extra to get it to my home, not to again spend time walking/biking 3km to my nearest parcel shop and carry the package home. I feel cheated/let down now. Please do not quote "Terms and conditions". Now that I am aware, I will just boycott merchants that offer only Dao option. Simple.

Since we also deliver newspapers, our couriers are mainly on the road in the night and early mornings.

They do not ring the doorbell or in other ways seek out people on the address, because we do not want to be a nuisance or interrupt.

If we do not have access to building so we can deliver in front of the door or in the mailbox (locked apartment building) or if the address is a business address, the parcel will be redirected to a parcel shop.

We do this, because on business addresses, the delivery would be unsafe in front of the door.

This delivery method has been approved by the sender, and we're sorry if you have not been informed.

If you're not able to pick up the parcel from the shop, we can send it back to the sender.
Let us know, if we should do that.
